Registration for residency in the Eliza Huntington Home begins with the completion of the two forms, Application for Admission and Physician's Evaluation and History.
The monthly rental rate charged by the Eliza Huntington Home is regulated by the State of Connecticut. The monthly rate includes laundry. The rate is subject to change at any time. In the event of a rate change, the resident will be given thirty (30) days notice of any rate adjustment. Private funding and Medicaid are accepted.
The Eliza Huntington Home will assist the resident who needs Medicaid funding in order to meet the monthly rental fee. The rental fee is paid in advance the first (1st) of each month. There is no founder's fee. Please call the Administrator if you have any questions about financial obligations or registration.
